Do you pay market value?
If we are buying the property from you using our funds, we will generally pay around 75-80% of market value. If you require more than that we do have other options available to get 100% of market value by allowing us up to 4 weeks to sell your home to one of our investor buyers.
How long will it take to get my offer?

When will the funds be in my account?
